Hello everyone, just checking in as its been a little while. Our show at Splendour was great, lovely weather, lovely setting and lovely people, what more could we ask for? Thank you to everyone who watched us and took time to come and say hello afterwards, also big thanks to our friend Dean Jackson for having us on his show, and for his years of support, always a pleasure. Maybe its time Trent FM took notice!
Anyway, we filmed the days events and that will be up on our HeadwayTV page on youtube this coming week. We have amassed a large amount of footage so there will be videos posted on a regular basis, Tour Diary episodes and general Headway goings on.
I also wanted to say thanks to the people who watched us in Hartlepool, the whole thing was almost rained off so we were glad people decided to stick around, it was the first time we have played Remind Me To Miss You since we recorded it, and it wasnt a disaster! It will be a set regular for headline shows.
What are you up to at the moment I hear you ask, well we just returned to our warehouse/rehearsal space where we have been making demos of new material and songs for some films. Even though we have a finished record, I am constantly writing and you never know, you have to believe the next song you write will be your best, even though 99% of the time its not! As Idlewild said ‘Hope Is Important”.
We are planning to be back on the road both here in the UK and over in America later in the year, there will also be new Headway music out there very soon.
