Everyone here at Suretone positively loves The Roxy in Hollywood. It’s our favorite venue PERIOD and we consider it a home away from home.
We’re so excited that TONIGHT the venue is hosting what’s sure to be a kick ass event featuring Shwayze. The guys took a short break from Warped Tour to play Jimmy Kimmel Live which airs TONIGHT on ABC. After the taping the band is racing over to The Roxy for a beach themed soirée presented by KIIS-FM. You heard me correctly - their turning The Roxy into a BEACH HOUSE!!!
A camera crew will be on hand filming scenes for the final episode of this seasons’ Buzzin (Watch the trailer right here). You can also enter to win a brand new Pontiac Vibe at the show as well as pre-order Shwayze’s debut album at the venue!

Shwayze’s new single “Corona and Lime” was featured at half time as The L.A. Galaxy took on rivals Chivas USA at The Home Depot Center in Carson, CA. A lucky row winners received Shwayze flip flops, towels and Buzzin single! The game ended in a tie (read all about it here) but we’re pretty sure all 18,000 people in attendance and even David Beckham were digging the new Shwayze tune.

What’s up everyone,
My name is JAX and I’m the New Media Director here at Suretone. While most of the Suretone staff are out at the Fairplex in Pomona for day one of 2008 Vans Warped Tour I’m holding down the fort at the office in Santa Monica getting our website ready for it’s big debut. I’m so jealous I couldn’t be there today but TRUST ME I’ll be seeing all of our bands on Warped Tour in the very near future!
The Suretone gang have been sending me photos from their camera phones of today’s events - including these two of Shwayze performing to a HUGE CROWD! Apparently everyone was singing along to “Buzzin.” If anyone has video of this please upload it to our community so I can hear it!
