I was in NYC all last week for a camp. It was so much fun! And last night I got to go to Laguna with my friend, Jennifer. But I am happy to be back at Suretone. I love it here. Everyday is different. Like today, I am going to go to Maddenpalooza and going to help street team with Cat and Nick. Also, I have been promoting Shwayze. It is so awesome/ exciting to see no one know who he is to everyone. I can’t wait for his new album to come out because it is going to do amazingly!! By the way, the Olympics?! How insane. I didn’t get to watch it this weekend but I looked it up on youtube and the drums that lit up were so tight. At first I couldn’t believe it was people doing that. Well I will keep you updated in what is going on in the life of a Suretone Intern all this week.

So today I saw this kid wearing an Armor for Sleep shirt and it reminded me of a music video that I really used to like “My Town” by AFS was a video that really impressed 16yr old me. I just watched it again and I can definitely understand why.

Also i’m reading “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle now and it’s interesting. I’m not completely head over heels for it yet, but there are some nice points.

Last night we played in indianapolis, then did a signing then went and did a signing at Denny’s in indianaopolis. Then drove to chicago where I DJed with Danny Masterson, then drove from that club to Milwaukee where we are today. Along the way my friend Melissa McNelis stowed away, and now she’s hear wondering how the hell she got to Milwaukee haha.

I promise i’ll upload some more warped photos soon, I have some great ones coming up. Some really great backstories too.

Ok so I was talking to Gillian and Cat today about my painful blisters.

For the past few days I’ve been wearing ballet flats for the past three days and I’ve gotten a total of 5 blisters. They hurt so bad!!! So today (Thursday) I have decided to wear Havaianas! And I am so much more comfortable. I just gotta say, when your running around in the Suretone offices, you’ve gotta wear comfortable footwear.

Now, enough about my blisters. Let’s talk about music.

Ok so while we’re interning we like to play Jonas Brothers, woo hoo! Or Girltalk. But mostly SHWAYZE!!! I love the new single Corona&Lime.
